| When a homeowner in Flemington bought their home, it came with a deck that had been abused by the previous owners. The wood was in horrible shape and would have needed weeks of power sanding to remove the damaged top layers of wood. The deck was also too small, so they decided to install a completely new deck. They wanted a basic square shaped deck that would be low to the ground so they would not have to worry about their children falling down the stairs on the way to the swing set. The deck was constructed with pressure treated pine and stained with a clear sealant to protect their new investment. |

| The homeowner in Hillsborough already had an existing deck that was built during the construction of their house. They were not happy with the size of the deck or the lack of proper support, which kept them from fulfilling their dream of having a hot tub in the backyard. They were also concerned about their backyards proximity to their neighbor's houses, which caused a lack of privacy. Our solution was to remove the original builder's deck and install a new deck with hot tub supports underneath and 6' Cedar privacy panels on both sides. The quality of the deck was also upgraded when we installed mahogany flooring and clear cedar railings. After a quick power wash and application of stain to protect their new investment, their hot tub was delivered just in time for them to enjoy it during the Memorial Day weekend. |

They decided on Geo Deck in Driftwood for the flooring, and Premier Composite Railing. After the existing deck was removed, a new pressure treated frame was erected. The Geo Deck was then installed upon the frame, and the family has been pleasantly surprised by the durability and beauty of their new deck. |
