Dear Alex,
We tried to thank everyone on your crew personally, but wanted to send an official thank you to you and the entire crew for the outstanding job you all did on our kitchen. So, to Robin, Doc, Uncle Jerry, Glacier, Bill, Super Dave, Brian, Kenny, the flooring guys and all the helpers ? THANK YOU!!

We are absolutely thrilled at the results of our kitchen remodel! The crews were diligent, professional, kind, fun and true craftsman! You really came through for us on our timing issue and our graduation party was a great success in our new kitchen!

As "virgin remodelers", we had heard horror stories of contractors who fell short of the home owner's expectations, delays, lack of communication, budget overruns, questionable quality control, you name it. It was a pleasant surprise to have experienced none of that. In fact, it was the exact opposite. Alex, you took great care in communicating with us regularly, to insure that we knew exactly what to expect and when. You kept your word, the crews showed up as promised, and did such fine work! You negotiated in good faith and we came to equitable resolution on the very few items on which we had disagreements.

It was a real pleasure working with you. We know that it is just another job for you all, but also know that you have a keen understanding of the impact you make on the lives of the families you work with. It is very disruptive when the kitchen, the heart of the home, is out of commission; when workers are in your home all day, making a noisy mess! You all made the process much less painful than we had imagined it would be.

So, again, our most sincere thanks to everyone! We would like to have you all over for an open house, so that each member of your wonderful team can have the opportunity to see the end result of your very fine efforts to build us the most beautiful kitchen! I know your schedules are very busy, how would a Sunday afternoon work out? I was thinking of Sunday July 17th around 3pm? Please let us know if that will work for you.

Dear Alex & Staff,

Thank you for all your hard work. We are so happy with how beautiful our kitchen turned out. It's been a long few months but we enjoyed working with you and everyone on your staff. They were all experts at their crafts as well as friendly and extremely professional. Although there were some bumps along the way, we appreciate everyone's willingness to do what it took to make us happy with the final results.

We would highly recommend Home Solutions to anyone interested in remodeling their home, as we are very satisfied with the quality of your work. As you can see from the enclosed pictures it was a dramatic transformation. The kitchen has now become our favorite room in the house. Thanks again for everything.
